At Montclair State University, she’s been sharing her wealth of knowledge and perspective as an adjunct professor since 1993 and is an active participant in numerous legal associations. Representing both plaintiffs and small businesses has made her an extremely well-rounded client advocate. Sheila works with small businesses to develop proactive guidelines and keep their workplaces free from discrimination and retaliation. She is also a trained workplace investigator, provides anti-discrimination and sensitivity training, and drafts discrimination and other policies for corporate and small business clients.
