Cathy J. Pollak has practiced law for decades, driven by a lifelong passion to advocate for individuals and protect their rights. She is a highly skilled litigator and mediator with extensive experience in helping families navigate complex legal issues in the most well-organized and cost-effective way possible. She works effectively with forensic accountants and psychologists when her cases require their involvement. Cathy also is proficient in preparing Premarital Agreements.

Cathy prides herself in providing her clients with highly focused attention, recognizing that they are experiencing great stress and anxiety during their divorce and/or post-divorce situations. Each client is unique to Cathy and benefits from her skills both in and out of the courtroom. Cathy also believes in giving back to her community and profession and serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Center For Hope & Safety, the largest nonprofit organization in Bergen County providing a broad range of services for victims and survivors of domestic violence and is a member of the Bergen County District IIA, Ethics Committee.
