Since the pandemic began, Celebrate Westwood’s Arts on the Avenues series has brought popup art events and live music performances to the “Hub of the Pascack Valley.” This past weekend, the borough closed off the parking lot at Veteran’s Park and opened it to youthful artists for “Chalk the Park.” Here, teen artist Garret Wishnick created Mickey and Minnie Mouse decked out and ready for Halloween—which this week got the go-ahead from Governor Phil Murphy.
