Dive Into Summer At These 7 Bergen Pools
Summer fun is here! Don’t miss out on seasonal passes at these local swim spots.

There are so many things to remember leading up to Memorial Day Weekend. Are your travel plans all ironed out? Do you know which parade you’re watching? Did you finalize your cookout menu?
Have you remembered to renew your pool membership?
No worries if that last one slipped your mind—and don’t fret if you don’t have your own pool in the yard. Thankfully, Bergen has no shortage of fantastic swimming pools for you and your family, and many of them have passes available even if you aren’t a resident of that town.
Check out some options around the county below. Make sure you click the links for individual rate information!
- Woodcliff Lake’s Old Mill Pool celebrates its opening weekend over Memorial Day (and they’re throwing a pool party for residents on Monday to celebrate). Both daily and seasonal passes are available for individuals and families—for residents and non-residents. Residents can also pick up guests passes.
- The Paramus Municipal Pool opens for the season on Saturday, and its facilities include a water slide and splash park for kids. Monthly and seasonal pass options are available for residents and non-residents alike. They also offer swimming lessons throughout the month of June, and activities and events throughout the summer.
- Though it opened its gates for lap swim earlier this week, the Glen Rock Municipal Pool will be open for general admission Memorial Day Weekend. Residents can visit their website to sign up or renew their membership.
- Ridgewood’s Graydon Pool is a lake-style swimming destination, and also boasts volleyball and basketball courts, as well as an extensive children’s area. Seasonal passes are available for residents and non-residents (both types of members may buy and use guest passes).
- Also opening Memorial Day Weekend is Ridgefield’s Community Pool, which offers seasonal passes for both residents and non-residents. If you know someone searching for a summer job, they are also currently looking for lifeguards.
- Waldwick Municipal Pool doesn’t begin daily hours until June 19, but will be open on the weekends starting May 25. Seasonal rates are available for residents and non-residents. Check for discounts for children and seniors!
- The Maywood Pool offers both monthly and seasonal rates for residents and non-residents and will be kicking off its season this weekend. This spot also offers aquatics classes and swim lessons for kids.
