Got A Bone To Pick
Can a dog guard against a Halloween scare? One local pup gives it his best try!
A good guard dog will stand up against any intruder—but what about something more supernatural? Zeus, a German Sheppard puppy from Oakland, got to be put to just that test recently in a standoff against an invading skeleton dog. (A Halloween animatronic, but our four-legged friend couldn’t be sure about that.) Says “mom” Deborah Mohr, “Zeus is a very inquisitive creature. You can actually see him thinking and processing everything new to him. After I put out the Halloween decorations, I brought him outside to investigate. You can see he was clearly trying to understand what was happening.” Mohr captured the moment on her Instagram. We hope Zeus gets extra treats for being so brave!
