A Fair Lawn family celebrates baby’s first autumn with an unconventional photo shoot.
It’s about time to start carving your pumpkins into jack-o’-lanterns for Halloween, but that’s not the only reason you might want to hollow out a seasonal squash. Just ask Molly Flannery of Fair Lawn, who carefully carved one so she could fit her 3-month-old son Liam inside. “Kings Food Market had these beautiful, big pumpkins,” Flannery says. “Since it’s Liam’s first Halloween, we wanted to put the baby in a pumpkin!” She posted the resulting photos, with Liam giving the camera a big smile, on her Instagram. “We took advantage of the last warm day and got this done before the colder weather started to come in,” she adds. Happy first Halloween to Liam!
