Proving that it’s not pumpkin spice season yet, Teresa Melendez posted this photo of her Metropolitan Ice Cream Truck providing sweet treats to a line of kids at a River Vale birthday party. “Parents are trying to make things normal for their children,” she says. “A lot of kids had quarantine birthdays, and it became difficult to celebrate safely.
