Dr. Lee Kojanis, Co-Owner of Premier Oral Surgery Group and a five-time consecutive Best of Bergen winner proudly announces that the practice’s newest associate, Dr. Tyler Zenga, is also named a Top Dentist. The practice was started by Dr. John Kallis, a previous Best of Bergen winner, over 15 years ago and the doctors focus on dental implant surgery, wisdom teeth extractions, bone grafting, Botox/fillers, outpatient sedation, jaw corrective surgery, and maxillofacial trauma. The practice is known in the community for providing patients with the best possible care in a serene and comforting environment.
Dr. Kojanis is highly recognized for his technical skills and extensive specialty training in complex facial trauma, Implantology, and corrective jaw surgery, using minimally invasive techniques to improve outcomes and shorten recovery times. He earned his D.D.S. and graduated with honors from New York University College of Dentistry in 2014 and completed a highly reputable four-year oral and maxillofacial surgery program at New York University/Bellevue Hospital Center. Upon completion, he was credentialed as faculty where he continues to train residents on advances in the field. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also Section Chief of the Department of Oral Surgery at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Zenga has extensive training in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon and physician. He received his D.D.S. from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine in New York City where he graduated with top honors and then received his M.D. from Columbia University’s Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Zenga completed the prestigious six-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at Columbia University Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he treated and managed medically complex patients.
