Kate Carballo has over fourteen years of experience in handling personal injury and medical malpractice matters. As a New York and New Jersey trial attorney, she devotes her practice to helping those who have been seriously injured due to no fault of their own.
In 2022, Kate joined the multi-state firm of Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman (KGG) as a Partner to expand the firm’s personal injury department in New Jersey through her proven advocacy, successful trial skills, and long-standing relationships in the community. Handling over 100 cases, Kate is a passionate and strong champion for her clients giving each one her utmost attention and getting to know their personal stories.
Kate was one of the youngest attorneys in the state to become certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction currently held by only 2% of all attorneys in New Jersey as highly qualified specialists in their field of the law.
