Kevin Kelly is a highly successful attorney, with Kelly, Kelly, Marotta & Tuchman. He has substantial experience as a civil litigator, handling complex cases in municipal, government, real estate, land use, corporate, and commercial law.
During his distinguished career, Mr. Kelly has been appointed to various complex Superior Court matters, including Plenary and Emergency Medical Guardianships, as an Arbitrator in the New Jersey Superior Court Mandatory Arbitration Program, and as a Condemnation Commissioner. Mr. Kelly has also served as the attorney to municipalities and the Land Use Board in Bergen County, including the Borough of New Milford, Borough of Saddlebrook; the Planning Board for the Township of Teaneck, and the Land Use Board of the Borough of Bogota.
A former Councilman of the Borough of New Milford, Mr. Kelly continues to be involved in his community and various pro bono programs. He formerly served as a Trustee of Bergen County Legal Services and on the New Jersey State Bar Association Emergency Task Force. He is currently a Trustee of the Bergen County Bar Association. Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Fordham University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Kelly is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
