Feeling good and being healthy shouldn’t always be about losing weight—it’s a lifestyle.
Feeling good and being healthy shouldn’t always be about losing weight—it’s a lifestyle. That’s the theory behind L’ifestyle Lounge, the new wellness studio presented by Old Tappan’s Laura Cipullo, a nutrition author, yoga teacher, registered dietitian and past president of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.
The studio offers yoga and mindfulness classes (drop-in and semester-long courses are available) as well as nutritional counseling with registered dietitians. In addition, the studio will host special events such as yoga camp and Lunch ‘n Learn programs with Cipullo and nutritionists.
“My New Year’s resolution to get healthy already went down the drain,” admits Sabrina Martin, 35, of Norwood. “A series of yoga classes here would get me back on track.”
