You might have already gathered for your Seder, but there’s still plenty of Passover left to savor. It’s a time to come together with family, friends and community—celebrating tradition, connection and the joys of the season.

Of course, Passover cooking comes with its own set of challenges. The holiday’s prohibition on hametz—fermented grains—means that breads are off the table, along with many of the flours that form cakes and cookies. Creating a standout dessert spread can take some extra creativity.
