Walking into the Shannon Rose is like being welcomed into your family’s living room. It’s a feeling cemented by a magnificent management team, Sal La Verdi, Scott Jones, and Kelly Doherty, who bonded in 2015 when they came aboard, instantly connected, and realized how well they complemented each other. Their tie to Ramsey, and the elevated Irish pub concept means you’ll always find at least one of them in-house. They know many guests by name, guests know all of their names, and the team is always thinking of ways to bring everyone together in the name of community, good food, and good feelings.

The three have committed to their community through participation at Ramsey Farmers Market, demonstrating recipes using ingredients sourced from fellow vendors, sponsoring local brewery-sponsored trivia nights, and by stepping up during the pandemic by feeding first responders, offering takeout, and organizing socially-distant car hops. They are, simply, the dream team of The Shannon Rose.
