Get Rolling At These 6 Bergen Bowling Alleys
Friends and family alike will enjoy the indoor action of an old-fashioned game of bowling.

Getting outside for a game of pickleball, disc golf or another sport is a perfect plan when the weather’s right, but August’s heat and humidity aren’t quite the ideal conditions. On days when Mother Nature makes it too unbearable but you still want to be active, round up your squad and enjoy the great indoors.
Bergen County has no shortage of indoor entertainment, with options ranging from a skydiving simulator to climate-controlled skiing. But there are plenty of old-school games and activities too, and one of our go-tos is bowling. There’s much to enjoy during an evening of bowling, and we’re not even talking about the cool shirts and fancy shoes. In addition to the game itself, there is an abundance of time between rolls to catch up with friends while noshing on fries and drinking brews.
So where can you play a game or two? Here are a half-dozen bowling alleys in Bergen County where you’ll find non-stop action and fun. Just remember to check their schedules as many facilities host league nights when lanes are reserved.
