AT RESTORATION ORTHOPAEDICS, Dr. Julie Keller, an orthopedic trauma surgeon who completed her residency at Columbia University and trauma fellowship at the renowned Shock Trauma Center, has used her leadership and expertise to treat traumatic injuries and even develop comprehensive fracture programs at Northern New Jersey trauma centers to help triage and optimize patient care. In addition, Dr. Keller serves as director of orthopedic trauma at Hackensack University Medical Center’s busy trauma center.

Dr. Jesse Allert is one of only a few orthopedists in the region who completed fellowship training dedicated to shoulder surgery. “Having trained alongside the nation’s top specialists in shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacement, I’m experienced in the full range of surgical options for shoulder conditions ranging from sports injuries to arthritis to revision surgeries,” he says. “Research shows that specialty training is reflected in patient outcomes.” Dr. Allert routinely performs the reverse total shoulder replacement, which he considers a game-changer in treating previously untreatable conditions.
