Though the practice has extensive experience with traditional open surgery, the surgeons specialize in minimally invasive surgical procedures, including laparoscopy, and robotic surgery using the state-of-the-art robotic surgical system. Stephen G. Pereira, M.D. is a board certified fellowship trained surgeon specializing in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with a particular interest in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. He is Director of the Robotic Surgery Fellowship (which he spearheaded in 2015) and Chief of the Division of Robotic General Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Pereira is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery.

Adam S. Rosenstock, M.D. is a board certified fellowship trained surgeon focusing on minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Rosenstock has a passion for treating all types of hernias including groin hernias, abdominal ventral hernias and management of complex and recurrent abdominal hernias, with specialized training in abdominal wall reconstruction. Dr. Rosenstock is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery.

George A. Mazpule, M.D. is a board certified fellowship trained surgeon with an emphasis in laparoscopic and robotic techniques, and special interest in weight loss surgery. Dr. Mazpule completed his specialized training in a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery.
